Terms of Visa Services
Anton and Anna provide remote assistance with Vietnam visa applications. This page explains when an order is accepted, how processing time is calculated, when a refund may be available, and how standard processing differs from urgent processing with a guarantee.
These terms apply only to visa services. Any other services provided by Anton and Anna are agreed separately and are not governed by these terms.
Updated: August 2026
These terms were checked against the actual visa service process on: 21 July 2026.
Who provides the services and what these terms cover
Visa services are provided by Anton and Anna as individuals. The work is performed remotely, so their physical location may change without affecting their ability to receive documents, prepare an application, send it to the visa partner, and support the application process.
These terms apply only to paid services related to Vietnam visa applications. The exact scope of each order, visa type, urgency, price, and any additional conditions are agreed with the client in Telegram or WhatsApp.
Anton and Anna are not a government authority and do not decide whether a visa is issued. The final decision, any request for additional information, return of an application for correction, or refusal is made by the competent Vietnamese authorities.
If the individual terms of a specific order, agreed in writing in the conversation, differ from the general provisions on this page, the terms agreed in the conversation apply to that order.
How an order is agreed
The client contacts Anton and Anna through Telegram or WhatsApp and provides the information needed to assess the request. Before payment, Anton and Anna confirm the appropriate service option, request the required documents, and state the price and expected processing time.
An order is considered agreed and accepted for work once all three conditions have been met:
- all required documents and information have been received;
- the final price has been agreed;
- full payment has been received.
By making payment, the client confirms the order details agreed in the conversation and accepts these terms.
Before the application is actually submitted, Anton and Anna review the information provided, prepare the application, and ask follow-up questions when necessary. The client must respond in a timely manner. If required information is missing, submission and the start of the processing period are postponed until that information is received.
When the processing period begins
The service period does not begin when the first message is sent, when documents are provided, or when payment is made. It begins when the application is actually submitted.
After submission, the client is informed that the application has been sent for consideration. For urgent processing, this moment is also the beginning of the guaranteed period, provided that the urgent guarantee was separately confirmed in writing.
Time spent reviewing documents, clarifying information, preparing the application, and waiting for the client before submission is not included in the processing period.
For visa services, business days mean business days in Vietnam. Weekends and official public holidays are not included in periods stated in business days unless otherwise agreed in the conversation.
What the client must do
The client must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information required for the visa application. This may include passport details, a photograph, travel information, accommodation details, entry and exit dates, the selected port of entry, and any other information required for the specific application type.
Before submission, the client must review the information sent for confirmation. If the client approves the information and later discovers an error in information they provided, correcting it after submission may require a new application and a new payment.
The client must:
- use a valid passport that meets the entry requirements;
- provide information without abbreviations, distortion, or omission;
- report any change to the itinerary, dates, passport, or other details before submission;
- answer questions promptly before submission;
- review the final visa after receiving it;
- comply with entry rules, the permitted period of stay, and other requirements of government authorities.
When the client provides documents belonging to a child or another person, the client confirms that they are entitled to do so and act as a parent, legal representative, or with the document holder's permission.
Anton and Anna are not responsible for the consequences of errors, incomplete information, or changes that the client did not report before submission.
Price and payment
The final price is communicated before payment and recorded in the conversation. The amount includes the agreed visa service and the government fee unless expressly stated otherwise.
The base price is stated in Vietnamese dong. When payment is made in Russian rubles or USDT, the amount is calculated using the current exchange rate and remains fixed until the end of the current day in Vietnam time, unless another validity period is stated in the conversation.
The payment method and currency are agreed with the client. Bank, exchange service, cryptocurrency network, or other payment system fees are not part of the visa service price and are paid by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In some cases, payment by bank card may be available through a third-party international payment or money transfer service. Availability, currency, exchange rate, fees, and the final amount are confirmed in the conversation before payment.
If the client changes the visa type, validity period, number of entries, or urgency before actual submission, the order is recalculated. The client pays the difference or receives a refund of the difference.
After actual submission, the submitted application cannot be changed. A change to the visa type, validity period, single or multiple entry option, urgency, or other essential details requires a new application. It is treated as a new order and must be paid in full at the current price.
Standard processing
With standard processing, Anton and Anna undertake to correctly perform the agreed work of preparing, submitting, and supporting the application, but visa approval is not guaranteed.
A government authority may request clarification, return the application for correction, delay consideration, or refuse the application without giving a reason. These actions do not by themselves mean that the service was performed incorrectly.
Standard processing includes up to three returns of the application for correction. The processing period continues to run from the first actual submission and does not restart after the corrected application is resubmitted.
The standard service ends without a refund in either of the following cases:
- the application is returned for correction for the fourth time;
- more than 10 business days have passed since the first actual submission, the application has not been approved, the Processing status has not changed and the application is no longer being returned for correction.
After standard processing ends, further work is provided under the separate service “Get Approval for an Application Returned for Correction or Stuck in Processing.” Reduced prices apply to clients who originally ordered standard processing through Anton and Anna.
Get Approval for an Application Returned for Correction or Stuck in Processing
This separate service applies to an existing application that is no longer covered by an active standard-processing service. For example, the application was submitted independently, through another helper, or previously through Anton and Anna but exceeded the standard-service limits by processing time or number of correction returns.
If the application was returned for correction, the confirmed processing time starts from the actual resubmission of the corrected application after the case has been reviewed and the service has been accepted in writing.
If the application is confirmed as stuck, the confirmed processing time starts from the written acceptance of this service after the case has been reviewed.
A Processing status alone does not mean that the application is stuck. The case is confirmed as stuck only after review: more than 10 business days have passed since the first actual submission, the application has not been approved, the Processing status has not changed and the application is no longer being returned for correction.
For a service accepted in writing, approval of the application and delivery of the completed eVisa to the client are guaranteed within the confirmed processing time and the permitted timing tolerance stated on the prices and processing times page.
If an eVisa for an application returned for correction or stuck in Processing is not approved within the confirmed processing time, including the permitted timing tolerance, we continue working until the eVisa is approved at no additional charge.
Once work has started, this service cannot be cancelled and the payment is non-refundable because the approval process is already underway within the immigration system and cannot be stopped.
If the confirmed processing time is substantially exceeded, the client receives partial compensation. The amount of compensation is determined individually based on the selected tariff and the actual delay.
Reduced prices apply when the application was originally submitted through Anton and Anna under standard processing. The standard price for this service applies when the application was submitted independently or through another helper.
Urgent processing and guarantee
The guarantee applies only to an urgent application that Anton and Anna have separately accepted with a guarantee and confirmed in writing in Telegram or WhatsApp.
The fact that an urgent processing period is listed on the website does not mean that every application is automatically accepted with a guarantee. Before payment and submission, the client must receive confirmation that the selected option is available for their case and can be accepted on the agreed terms.
The guaranteed period begins when the application is actually submitted.
The following permitted time tolerances apply to urgent options:
- up to 30 minutes for 1-hour, 2-hour, or 4-hour processing;
- up to 180 minutes for 1-business-day, 2-business-day, or 3-business-day processing.
If the agreed guaranteed period, including the permitted tolerance, is missed, Anton and Anna first offer a correction or resubmission at no additional cost. If a faster processing option is required to complete the task, the additional cost is paid by Anton and Anna.
If the client does not wish to continue after the guaranteed period has been missed, the full amount received for the order is refunded, including the government fee. Actual bank, exchange service, or payment system fees incurred in making the refund may be deducted.
The guarantee does not allow the client to change the application details or service parameters after submission without placing a new order. It also does not apply to delays caused by incorrect information from the client, a late response, a passport replacement, or other actions by the client after the order was accepted.
A detailed explanation of the urgent processing guarantee is available on the separate Urgent Processing Guarantee page. If wording differs, the terms agreed in writing for the specific order and the provisions of this page apply.
Cancellation and refunds
The client may cancel the order by writing in the same Telegram or WhatsApp conversation used to arrange the service.
If the client cancels after payment but before actual submission, the full amount paid is refunded.
If the client cancels after actual submission but before the result is received, the refunded amount is reduced by:
- the government fee;
- a fixed fee of 700,000 Vietnamese dong for the work already completed in preparing and submitting the application.
The completed-work fee of 700,000 Vietnamese dong is the same for standard and urgent processing.
Once the completed visa has been received and sent to the client, the service is considered completed. Cancellation and a refund at the client's request are no longer available.
A refund is processed within 3 business days after the amount has been agreed. The refund method is discussed with the client. Bank, exchange service, cryptocurrency network, or other payment system fees are deducted from the refunded amount. If payment or refund is processed through a third-party payment service, the time it takes for the funds to reach the client after the refund is sent may depend on that service and the client's bank.
The rules in this section do not replace the separate refund terms that apply when a confirmed urgent guarantee is missed.
Errors, corrections, and resubmission
If an error was caused by Anton, Anna, or the visa partner, the necessary correction and resubmission are completed without additional payment from the client.
If an error results from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client, or if the client approved the information and later asks to change it, the next steps are agreed separately. After actual submission, changing essential details requires a new application and a new payment.
A government authority returning an application for correction is not the same as a refusal. Anton and Anna tell the client what information must be clarified and continue supporting the case within the limits of the selected service.
Under standard processing, support ends after the application is returned for correction for the fourth time. Further work is provided under the separate service “Get Approval for an Application Returned for Correction or Stuck in Processing.” After review and written acceptance of the service, the confirmed processing time starts from the actual resubmission of the corrected application. A reduced price applies to clients of Anton and Anna’s standard-processing service.
Visa partner and government authorities
To perform the service, the required documents and information may be shared with the visa partner. The partner uses them only to prepare, submit, and support the specific visa application.
The required information is also provided to the competent Vietnamese authorities, which review the application and make the final decision.
Anton and Anna control their own work and their interaction with the visa partner, but they cannot control:
- decisions made by government authorities;
- additional requests and checks;
- the technical operation of government systems;
- changes to official rules;
- processing times that are not covered by a separately confirmed urgent guarantee.
The handling, retention, and deletion of documents are explained in the Privacy Policy.
Responsibilities of the parties
Anton and Anna are responsible for performing the agreed work within the specific order: reviewing the information received, preparing the application, actually submitting it, supporting the process, and sending the received result to the client.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, the lawful transfer of another person's documents, review of the agreed application details, and compliance with entry and stay requirements.
Paying for the service does not remove the client's responsibility to confirm that the passport, itinerary, dates, port of entry, and other circumstances meet the requirements of the trip.
Until the completed visa is received, the client should take into account the possibility of delay or refusal before purchasing non-refundable tickets, booking accommodation, or making other financial commitments. An estimated standard processing time is not a guarantee of a government decision.
If official requirements change after the order has been accepted, the parties agree on the next steps in the conversation. If continuing requires a new application, a different visa type, or an additional payment, the client is informed in advance.
These terms do not limit any client rights that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.
Disputed situations
If a disputed situation arises, the client contacts Anton and Anna in the same Telegram or WhatsApp conversation used to arrange the order. Anton and Anna review the matter and try to resolve it through direct communication.
To review the situation, the client may be asked to provide the payment date, the agreed service option, the date of actual submission, and an explanation of the issue.
The parties first try to resolve the matter by discussing it directly and reviewing the agreed terms, payments, and messages relating to the order.
Changes to these terms
The current version of these terms is published on this page.
A specific order is governed by the version in effect when the order was accepted for work, together with the individual terms recorded in the conversation. The exception is a mandatory change to official visa rules that takes effect after acceptance and directly affects whether the order can be completed.
A later change to the text on the website does not retroactively change the agreed price, selected service option, or refund rules for an order that has already been accepted.
Frequently asked questions
Does payment guarantee that the visa will be approved?+
Approval is not guaranteed under standard processing. The decision is made by the competent government authority. A guarantee applies only to an urgent application that was separately accepted and confirmed in writing.
When does the processing period begin?+
It begins when the application is actually submitted. Time spent receiving documents, reviewing information, taking payment, and preparing the application before submission is not included.
Can I cancel the order before submission?+
Yes. If the order is cancelled after payment but before actual submission, the full amount paid is refunded.
How much is refunded after submission?+
Before the result is received, the refund is the amount paid minus the government fee and 700,000 Vietnamese dong for the work already completed in preparing and submitting the application. Payment system fees are also deducted.
Can I change the visa type or dates after submission?+
No. After actual submission, essential details in the submitted application cannot be changed. A new application is required, and it is treated as a new order paid in full at the current price.
What happens if a standard application is not approved for a long time?+
If the application is returned for correction for the fourth time, or if more than 10 business days have passed since the first actual submission, the application has not been approved, the Processing status has not changed and the application is no longer being returned for correction, the standard service ends without a refund. Further work is provided under the separate service for a returned or stuck application. A reduced price applies to clients of Anton and Anna’s standard-processing service.
What happens if the guaranteed urgent period is missed?+
A correction or resubmission is first offered at no additional cost. If faster processing is required, Anton and Anna pay the additional cost. The client may also choose not to continue and receive a refund of the full amount, including the government fee, less any actual fees incurred in processing the refund.
Where should I contact you about a disputed situation?+
Use the same Telegram or WhatsApp conversation in which the order was arranged. Anton and Anna will review the messages and try to resolve the matter directly.
Need help choosing the right visa service?
