After preliminary review and written acceptance, approval and delivery of the ready eVisa within the confirmed processing time are guaranteed.
The processing time starts after actual submission of the new application. Hour options allow up to 30 minutes tolerance; business-day options allow up to 3 hours.
If approval is not received after the promised time, correction or resubmission is completed at no additional service charge.
If approval cannot be obtained, the full amount received is returned minus the non-refundable government fee, if it has already been paid.
