For Vietnam travel, the passport nationality is the main starting point. A traveler living in one country but holding another passport should check the rules for the passport, not only the country of residence.

We do not assist every nationality
We maintain a list of nationalities we currently cannot assist and check eligibility before accepting payment. The full list of nationalities we currently cannot assist is not repeated here because the practical answer should be checked against the actual passport and trip dates.
If a nationality cannot be assisted, we will say so before payment and will not accept a visa application through the service.

New eVisa condition
The applicant must be outside Vietnam
If the check leads to a new Vietnam eVisa application, the applicant must be outside Vietnam at the time of submission. We do not present the service as a way to apply while continuing to stay inside Vietnam.
