Urgent Vietnam eVisa Approval Guarantee After Review
The guarantee does not apply automatically to every application. We first review the situation, documents and requested timeframe. When we can take responsibility for the process, we accept the urgent application in writing and confirm the conditions.
Before payment
We Review the Application First
Before payment, we clarify:
- the applicant's citizenship;
- where the applicant is currently located;
- the intended entry date;
- passport validity;
- previous applications and travel history;
- any violations, refusals, overstay or other relevant circumstances;
- the actual deadline for receiving the eVisa.
After the review, we explain whether we can accept the urgent application with a guarantee.
When we cannot take responsibility for a clear process and result, we do not accept payment for an urgent guaranteed service.
Guarantee start
When the Guarantee Starts
The guarantee applies only after:
- the applicant has provided complete and accurate information;
- the processing timeframe, visa type, price and visa start date have been agreed;
- the applicant has followed the instructions;
- the application has passed the preliminary review;
- the service has been paid for;
- Anton or Anna has confirmed in writing that the urgent application is accepted.
The personal Telegram conversation with Anton or WhatsApp conversation with Anna records the conditions agreed for the specific application.
Sending a message, providing documents or making a payment without written acceptance of the urgent application does not mean that the guarantee has started.
Urgent service
What We Guarantee
For an urgent application accepted in writing, we guarantee:
- approval of the electronic visa;
- delivery of the approved eVisa to the applicant;
- completion within the confirmed timeframe;
- compliance with the timing tolerance set out in the Service Terms;
- free correction or resubmission when required because of our responsibility.
The guarantee applies only to the urgent service accepted after the preliminary review.
Separate guaranteed service
Get Approval for an Application Returned for Correction or Stuck in Processing
This service applies only after the application has been reviewed and accepted in writing.
If the application was returned for correction, the confirmed processing time starts from the actual resubmission of the corrected application.
If the application is confirmed as stuck, the confirmed processing time starts from the written acceptance of this service after the case has been reviewed.
For a service accepted in writing, approval of the application and delivery of the completed eVisa to the client are guaranteed within the confirmed processing time and the permitted timing tolerance.
If an eVisa for an application returned for correction or stuck in Processing is not approved within the confirmed processing time, including the permitted timing tolerance, we continue working until the eVisa is approved at no additional charge.
Once work has started, this service cannot be cancelled and the payment is non-refundable because the approval process is already underway within the immigration system and cannot be stopped.
If the confirmed processing time is substantially exceeded, the client receives partial compensation. The amount of compensation is determined individually based on the selected tariff and the actual delay.
Separate service
Standard Processing Has No Approval Guarantee
Standard processing within 7-10 working days is a separate service.
For the standard service:
- approval is not guaranteed;
- separate correction and resubmission rules apply;
- the processing period begins after the application is actually submitted;
- standard and urgent service conditions cannot be transferred from one service to the other.
Guarantee limits
What Is Not Covered
The eVisa approval guarantee is not a guarantee of:
- actual entry into Vietnam;
- boarding a flight;
- an airline's decision;
- entry into Laos, Cambodia, China or another country;
- transport operation or timetable performance;
- the absence of queues or border delays;
- the final decision of a border officer;
- unchanged official rules or uninterrupted government systems.
For a visa run, the guarantee may apply only to an accepted urgent eVisa after departure. It does not cover the transfer, transport, border crossing or the complete trip.
A border run does not involve a new eVisa application, so the eVisa approval guarantee does not apply to that service.
Client conditions
Applicant Responsibilities
To keep the guarantee valid, the applicant must:
- provide correct passport details;
- disclose all previous applications, refusals, violations and overstay;
- check the prepared information before submission;
- avoid filing a parallel application independently or through another service without agreement;
- respond to clarification requests on time;
- follow instructions about departure, current location and deadlines;
- disclose circumstances that may affect the decision.
The guarantee does not apply to consequences caused by incorrect, incomplete or withheld information.
Service commitment
If the Confirmed Deadline Is Missed
When an urgent application was accepted in writing with a guarantee, the applicant met the conditions, but the eVisa was not approved by the confirmed deadline (taking into account the permitted timing tolerances set out in the Service Terms), we correct and/or resubmit the application free of charge.
If little time remains before entry, a faster processing option can always be considered, for example within 1 hour. In that case, the cost of the faster option is covered by us.
If the client decides not to continue with the service, we issue a full refund of all amounts paid, including the government fee.

Important Limitation
We provide an independent service and do not represent an immigration authority, consulate, government agency or official visa centre.
The formal decision is made by the relevant Vietnamese authority. Our guarantee is a service commitment for an urgent application accepted in writing and applies only within the agreed limits.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the guarantee apply to every application?+
No. We first complete a preliminary review. The guarantee starts only after written confirmation that the urgent application has been accepted under agreed conditions.
Does the guarantee apply to standard processing within 7-10 working days?+
No. Standard processing is provided without an approval guarantee. The guarantee applies only to a separately accepted urgent service.
What exactly is guaranteed?+
For an accepted urgent application, approval and delivery of the completed eVisa are guaranteed within the confirmed timeframe and the timing tolerance set out in the Service Terms.
Is entry into Vietnam guaranteed?+
No. An approved eVisa does not replace airline and border checks. The final decision on entry is made by the authorised border officer.
When does the urgent timeframe begin?+
The start of the countdown is confirmed in writing when the application is accepted. It depends on the selected option, business hours, readiness of the information and the actual ability to begin processing.
What happens when the application needs a correction?+
When the reason is our responsibility, correction or resubmission is completed free of charge under the accepted guarantee.
When does the guarantee stop applying?+
The guarantee does not apply to incorrect or withheld information, a parallel application filed without agreement, failure to follow instructions, applicant-side changes and other agreed exclusions.
